Peltier circuit

Dear all,

I want to design a system which provides different temperatures at different junctions. I suppose for that i need a paltier device. I have gone through many designs in internet and come out with a model, which I attached with this post. The structure is in micrometer scale.
I finding it difficult to simulate the structure, as i dont know which software to use.
Could anyone comment on my model. And if possible give some feedback.

Thanks

Peltier circuit

The figure does not indicate thickness of P+ and n+ layers. All is in microns. Manitnaining termperature and measuring the same would also pose questions with this sort of arrangement.
