Hi ...most of the emc standard limits are given in quasi peak ...my spectrum analyzer does not have the quasi peak detector ...have only max/min detector....can u please tell me how to compare the meadured radiated emission in max/min dtection to the limits in quasi peak ??? Thnx

Quasi peak can't be measured by a scanning receiver, e.g. spectrum analyzer. Maximum hold will give similar results for many typical interference sources.

A considerable difference might occur with transient interferences, because the fastest CISPR16 quasi peak charge time constant is 1 ms. You get an approximate view in SA by using 9 kHz bandwidth. Or perform zero-span measurements to acquire the pulse shape.
