PDK_inductor_calculation method

I'm currently using the PDK of TSMC 0.18um. Once I have defined the geometry parameters of an inductor symbol, e.g. width, turns, the inductance and Q factor of the inductor will be calculated automatically, as shown in the attached figure.

I think there may be a calculation method embedded in the PDK, so how can I find the calculation method used by this PDK.
