I installed a new PDK, however, when I ran a simple test example, the candence complain about some parameters in the models. Does anyone have similiar experience and can share it with me how to fix it?

what is the simulator you are running? Maybe you need a newer version of simulator. Try Ultrasim.

hmmm can you post the full log file? it should have the version and build date in there. Anyway, try new simulator. I had similar problem in the past
