PDK development for GaN

Dear all,

I am assigned a task to develop a PDK for GaN process and really do'nt know wherer to start, since my background is from amplifier design not device technology design. I will greatly appreciate if any you fellow comrade can help me to start this process.

Any help is apprecaited?
 

PDK is broad term. Are you talking about P-cell development?
