Dear all:
I plan to make a module to connect PDA and company intranet through PDA's IrDA port . I know that the PDA can connect to INTERNET through mobible phone's GPRS with IrDA communication .I hope the PDA can exchange data with company's PC with this module . Does anybody have suggestion or experienc to realize this function ?
best regards.

You can make a serial to ethernet converter with some ethernet controller. Microchip's ENC28J60 is easy to use, and i think that Wiznet have some modules with hardwired TCP/IP protocols.
