PCI Card interface through PC to device

hi,

I would like to interface the PCI card through PC. I have downloaded PCI-7396 (96 DIO) user guide from internet.In that , they have mentioned C/C++ libraries to for interface.I planning to interface the PCI-7396 through PC and want to implement in C#.

can u suggest me any idea to do interface..is there any scope to do programming in C# by using these libraries?

I think it is a Data acquisition Card with PCI interface....In this case you need to have PCI interface to your PIC with 96 socket on the mother board or you need to explore bit on PIC - USB convertor refer links below -

you can use the libraries provided with pci7396 for reading and writing the dio pins.
