Is not that what the Dip Trace tutorial is for .... https://www.diptrace.com/books/tutorial.pdf

Your IC and lcd are on 0.1" pin spacing and all your tracks are low voltage / low current so only need thin tracks.

Only you know the sizes of all the other components you have.
