Hi,
What is pcb thermal analysis & how to use this in pcb design, if anybody knows pls explain and also explain about IBIS model and its uses.

IBIS- Input/output Buffer Information Specification is used to describe the electrical properties of the gates used on active devices, it has drive current specification, sink specifications and sometimes parasitics from the lead to the actual die:
