Hi,
What is pcb thermal analysis & how to use this in pcb design, if anybody knows pls explain and also explain about IBIS model and its uses.

PCB Thermal analysis - using software such as Comsol Physics or some other software to determine how hot things are going to get. Use the text to search in google:

IBIS- Input/output Buffer Information Specification is used to describe the electrical properties of the gates used on active devices, it has drive current specification, sink specifications and sometimes parasitics from the lead to the actual die:
