Hi,

I don't know if there's a de facto standard that I don't know about, but I found out that different manufacturers uses different standard drill sizes.

You probably should contact your PCB manufacturer...

Seems, that for metric drill zise was in step of 0.1(mm).
 

we use 0.025mm, or 1mil step for holes above 0.2mm. for holes under 0.2mm laser must be applied, step should be continuously
