Check pls for EAGLE too
These is really a beginner SW & is over many years free &simple to learn...Newest is a more complexer version to download & yet called:

Because is really light to learn_is free, what are you wish more?
If you wish to be correct; you must say: yes, my Proteus is complexer, less proper for a beginner!
Its not a random effect, that lot of hobbyst/ radio amateurs and such smaller firms have it around the world-sorry...
