Just design your board with RS-232 interfercing and jump at PSEN pin. That is very easy. By the way, you can read more from manual of flash magic

you won't need any schemaic connect a MAX232 to TX and RX and use a jumper zu pull PSEN to low at reset.
Read the datasheet
