pcb humidity

I am currently doing a high density layout for a small two-layer PCB. I have a lot of very low power signals, including a 32KHz oscillator and LCD segments, that I need to route. In the past, I have experienced trouble maintaining stable oscillation in a high temperature, high relative humidity environment. Conformal coating the board helps, but does not aleviate this problem completely. I suspect, careful attention to the PCB layout may help. Does anyone have any layout guidelines or helpful suggestions that I can follow while I finish my layout?

Chamber environements include:

40C 95% RH for 48 hours
85C 80% RH for 500 hours
