PCB LAYOUT FOR FOLLLOWING COMBINATION

I would like to get a PCB layout, of the following components.

at 125kHz TK5551 transponder, U2270B read/write base station IC and 89c51.

there's no specific layout for the mentioned design. get urself the schematic diagram, simulate and test it out. then only autoroute. but if ur talking about getting urself a standard cell library, search the board for links to libraries on the net. however, other members might have what ur looking for. keep asking. and if ur looking for footprints, go to the manufacturer's website. some do have footprints downloadable.
