PCB footprint of trigger transformer not available?

Hello,

We cannot find the PCB footprint of the trigger transformer ZS1052-SUL(H)





...We wonder if this part is now obselete?
They are now made by Excelitas , but used to be made by Perkin Elmer
 

I don't understand the actual problem. All ZS1052 variants have the same case with slightly different bended pins. Why do you need a "footprint"? A ruler should be sufficient to design the PCB part.
