I'm doing stack up calculations, I'm looking for a FR4 core between 3.5 to 4 mils (100um) with 1 oz copper. Can anyone recommend a core (Mfg and part #) that is very likely stocked my most PCB houses?

I want to feed the details into ICD stackup Planner.

Thanks in advance.

4 mils substrate (without copper) is standard, code 1 x 2116. Refer to substrate manufacturers like Isola or Panasonic.
