I am looking for information about low to medium volume Pcb assembly cost in Asia where the components mostly SMD. Considered low volume if the board qty < 1000, and medium volume if the board qty is above 1000 and up to 10000.

Searching the web didn't give enough clue, hoping someone with real experience will share.

Oh sorry, my bad. Before this the company have the service for PCB Assembly, but recently they have shut it down. I am also searching for companies that provide PCB Assembly. Below are the companies that have such service, but you have to give them complete info on your project(BOM,layout etc.) before they can give a quote unlike the link i mentioned above.

There is cost calculator for pcb assembly, it is not final yet - feedback welcome.

We are not expecting to get overseas orders at the beginning as many things need to be cleared first such as delivery, taxes, legal and banking things.
