PC hangs with mikroc hid bootloader

When i reset the pic after burning it with mikroc hid bootloader , the pc hangs, what can be the problem ?,
each time i reset the pc hangs,
that occours even after uploading the program file(when reset the pic).

I am using a Laptop, c700
 

whats the O/S of the laptop? I had a same problem in Win XP and I uninstalled the microc and re-installed it.
