PC based RF network analyzer

Is there any PC based network analyzer available for 75 ohm cable TV testing?
 

check whether LABVIEW provides this facility or not.
I surely know spectrum analyzer VI there but i dont know whether network analyzer VI is there or not.
 

That sounds more complex. You should have input RF signal to the DUT and also analyse the Output. I never have seen something like that.
