Patch antenna transmission line model

Hi everybody.
I need an advice how to make a transmission line model for a irregular shaped patch antenna. Antenna I'm talking about is on the picture below. It consists of three squares. One “main” square and two smaller squares attached to it. How can I do it? Any ideas?
