Hello People!
I have designed a Charge Redistribution SAR ADC. Right now I am trying to measure the energy consumed by an capacitor array in the ADC . Considering that the unit capacitor C0 is 100fF and parasitic capacitance is 20fF. How do I include this parasitic capacitance in the energy estimation
I have an generalized MATLAB model to determine the energy consumed by the capacitor array. But I do not know how to include this parasitic capacitance in the energy calculation.
It would be really helpful if I get solutions. Is there any link that I could refer.
