i AM TRYING to do parametric analysis for RF MEMS CAPACITVE SHUNTswitches IN HFSS.

I wanted to simulate for s parameters for various values of widths of the beam and various values of height of the beam (airgap)

The design variables are width and height. How can i assign these variables to the beam parameters so that parametric analysis can be performed

Case1 : for imported models

case2: models that are built in HFSS
