RC servo problem!

I've bought these servos. I'm using a PIC16F877A to generate the pulses.

https://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9065

The problem is that i could'nt find any data of the servo. So i dont know the timing settings. Which makes servo move on unexpected angles.

Any idea what is the PWM frequency? and the duty cycle range ? of this servo

Regards

RC servo problem!

Why don't you look-up SERVO in Google?
The pulses are 20ms apart (50Hz).
1.0ms to 1.25ms pulse length produces 0 degrees.
1.5ms pulse length produces 90 degrees (neutral).
1.75ms to 2.0ms pulse length produces 180 degrees.
It might need a little calibration to be exact.
The servo might not move 180 degrees but only 20 degrees to 160 degrees.

Re: RC servo problem!

Thanks man...And yea it isn't moving 180 degrees. It has the span of about 150 degrees...
