Hi, I need to find the values of vth,un,up,cox for basing the transistors in design. I am using 1.8v supply I have attached the nmos1.scs file.

I am using 1.8v supply I have attached the nmos1.scs file.
You attached Model Parameter of NMOS only.

Why do you think the mobility of holes, up is described there ?
 

yeah, thats right that will be given in the pmos1.scs file, I actually want to calculate the bias voltage that has to be given to the transistors in the mixer design inorder to calculate the Vgs that has to be given for it to work in saturation region.
the calculation of mobility of holes will be done on similar lines as that for electrons......
