parallel to serial conversion using matlab simulation

hai
can anyone help me to convert a parallel data into serial data using matlab simulink.
i also tried using "unbuffer" block in simulink but still i am getting error. please help me
 

You can try through Parallel in Serial Out Register or MUX based on your desired data rate...
