parallel port problem

I am trying to programe AT89S51 by parallel port .But I dont have DB25 connection to my PC .only Parallel port is available on motherboard, the Pin out of it is given below.

Also I bought DB25 cable and Motherboard connector shown below

But problem is I tried many times to connect all pins shown Asim's ISP loader circuit dig. But that not works...I make Programmer from Asim's circuit digram

I am totally confused what to do ..?? Please help me
