The attached HFSS file is a parallel plate capacitor. I don't know how to:
1. Excite the capacitor correctly
2. Get the capacitance values

I'm no expert, but I suspect you need a lumped port.
You can easily get the impedance from HFSS - both real and imaginary parts. Given the reactance, then the foruma relating reactance to capacitance is well known. X = 1/ (2 Pi f C)
