I have an oem camera that can spit out data in two ways: one is a 10bit parallel bus with Hsync, Vsync, and Pclk and the other one is a MIPI serial inference. I would like to connect the camera to a microprocessor through USB. Is there an easy way to convert one of the above mentioned interfaces into USB?
