PAPR reduction by SLM

I have tried reducing the PAPR by using SLM. But it is not working, can any one help me please?

I multiply the OFDM bins by exp(j*pi/4), i.e. a phase offset of 45 degrees but there is not even a change in PAPR.

Can anyone give a simple slm code??? I'm doing block coded ofdm system. If you have the code just mail to tippotoppo@gmail.com.

the same problem existed for me !! but u just try some random sequences with 1 and j combination i.e. +/- 1 and +/- j it will work
