pads 2005 install

Hi


While insalling SP2 over pads 2005 SP! i am facing errors .
Did any one successfully installed?. Please tell me how to install.
 

pads 2005 sp

First uninstall PADS2005 then install pads2005 spac2 whithout licence and at the end install licence file...mine is working good
