I need some advices about how to create the custom thermal in PADS.
Can we make it become the flash, not drawn in gerber format?
Thanks.

When defining pads or vias in PADS, at the same time we could define thermal relief attched to the related pads or vias. It differ from the depedent thermal relief in Allegro or other platforms.

Yes, you can difine the Thermal on Pads. When you set up the thru hole pad, right at the Pad Style, instead of Pad, you can click on that and select the Thermal of Anti Pad then you define what you want in there.
