Since 2007 versions builtin libraries are always absent in my setups. Before 2007.4 version i could be able to add manually but the last version completely absent of it. Also i could not migrate 2007.2 dxdesigner projects into the new one. It always shows error for icdb server access violation and absence of builtin library.
