fill width is too large for accurate pad fills

Hi all,
i have a problem during cam preview... Each time i preview top layer
PADs layout warning occurs
" Fill width is too large for accurate pad fills "
" Fill width =0.254 Pad width = 0.3"

what make this happen?
any solutions?

Thanks all

pads fill width

i have regenerate with smaller width but to no avail.
the problem lies with this QFN20 ic which have 4 extra pads at its corners in a 45 degree angle. When i delete this component its ok already. But i need to use this part.
What do u mean by 'drawn pads' ??

thanks

fill with is too large pads layout

Hi taring77,
you must decrease Fill Width in Photo Plotter Setup.

fill width is too large for accurate pad files

taring77,

Jurs is correct, your fill size .254 is almost as large as your pad size .3 it cannot trace individual lines with a .254 aperture inside a .3 area - this is a drawn pad - instead of a rectangular or round shape - you have a rectangular or round area filled with small lines, try reducing your fill size to .05 - this should not affect defined fills on the board.
