Hi guys

i need to simulate PA at AWR for OFDM signals
like u know at OFDM we need back-off around 10dB ...
so for example if i need 33dBm (average) my PA can go to 43dBm (peak)

so my question how should i tested under this conditions (at AWR i mean)?
should i design for 43dBm and then test it 33dBm with OFDM signal at the input or ?

Thx
David

33dBm is the PA output power. So set the input according to the gain of your link.

And I wonder where is your 10dB back-off coming from?

what i want to test is for example shoulders, MER
just to decrease Pin at test Pout not good enough for me
