P-Well CMOS Process SPICE Parameters

HI,
I am currently working on an analog design that is best implemented using P-Well CMOS process.
Can anyone give me the SPICE parameters for N- and P-MOS transistors for a P-Well process for technology 0.5 micron or below ?
