oxide breakdown voltage

Hello~

I'm using Spectre.
and simulation a circuit, a problem occur in logic gate.
I wanted a transient analysis.
but warning message occur like

"warning from spectre at time=25.08ns during transient analysis 'tran'.
I4,M3 : Vgs has exceeded the oxide breakdown voltage of 'vbox'=3.63V
Further occurrences of this warning will be suppressed"

my vdd is 3.3V.
I think that the cause is glitch.
since glitch is over 3.3V,.....(3.5~6V)....

How can i fix it??
:?:

thank you

vgs has exceeded the oxide breakdown voltage

Dont mind this.
if you with to avoid, add a cap or make the input singal slowly
