I have this issue happening since I switched my email account from Live mail (hotmail) to Outlook. Every email I receive from edaboard.com is classified as spam, no matter what I receive (PM notifications or forum answer notifications).
I have clicked many times on the "It's secure" button of the email, and it says edaboard.com has been added to the secure mail list, but the next mail I receive is still sent to the spam folder. I have no personal email filters and I check mail from the web.

Does anyone else have these issues?

Did you check antivirus software and email protection ?

Check defined rules in Outlook.

@gulson: I'm not sure how to get that header... anyway, if you mean the source email details, that's what I got:
Da: Forum for Electronics (edaboard@edaboard.com)
Inviato: giovedì 25 aprile 2013 01:00:24
A: _my_email_goes_here_
I've hidden my email address on purpose, administrators might get it from my profile. The writings are in Italian language, they mean: From, Sent on, To. That header is from the last email I got.

@tpetar: The outlook I'm using is not the stand-alone software, it's the web email address:
https://www.outlook.com
As I said before, I'm not using any filters, nor antivirus software is blocking it.

I have added edaboard.com in my contact list now and if I read emails back I can see a writing saying that the email is in the secure email list. Since I have added edaboard in my contact list I haven't received any other email, so I can't tell if it works. As soon as I receive another one I'll reply back with an answer.

Thank you for your time!

I guess so too. I have always received clean emails from edaboard.com so I am not worrying about this. I am just annoyed of checking the spam folder for important emails.

I have just received a notification email and this time it wasn't flagged as spam! Problem solved for me, I hope it does for others having the same issue too.
