You didn't write question.. but if you ask the transfer function H(s) = Y(s)/X(s) = 5/(s^2+4s+8)

Are u sure at your answer? where is effection of 1/s ? :(

The forward gain(G) = 1/(s(s^2+4s+3) = 1/(s^3+4s^2+3s)
The feedback gain (H) = 1
Closed loop transfer function Y/R:
Y/R = GH/(1+GH)
Since H = 1,
Y/R = G/(1+G)
Y/R = [1/(s^3+4s^2+3s)]/[1+1/(s^3+4s^2+3s)]
Y/R = 1/(s^3+4s^2+3s+1)
.
