do you need a hand held?
Fluke makes a good handheld that looks a lot like the tektronix you posted
or does the tek look like the fluke?
the bench scopes are better and easier to use (imho)
one issue, for me, is the multiple use of the buttons on the handheld
several are softkeys and do different things depending on what mode the 'scope is in
i lose my place sometimes.
another issue is the pixel size on the handheld seems bigger than on the bench types.
all in all, neither of these is really significant.
in general tektronix is my first choice in a 'scope.
I used a really great LeCroy about 30 years ago - liked it a lot
HP became Agilent became Keysight - that's also a good scope.
