Oscillator Simulation w/ AWR MWO

Dear all,

Can someone help me with the attached design made with AWR Microwave Office version 10 ?

I designed an oscillator in MWO software, so I first checked the circuit through a linear oscillator analysis (OSCTEST), by looking the loop gain and phase shift, then afterwards connecting the OSCAPROBE. Apparently the circuit is set to oscillate around 706 MHz, but I get an error saying "oscillator analysis terminated due to the maximum number of cycles, simulation failed".

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
