oscillator for charge pump based regulator

What kind of oscillator do we use for Charge pump based buck boost charge pump regulator??
I meant is it RC, ring or any other kind...
please advice, also any documents in this regard, kindly send it to me..

That needs several Mega Hz frequence, just
charging/discharging capacitance by certain thresholds is OK.
