The best place to order smartcard and PCMCIA connectors online is from Newark Electronics. There URL is:

They are one of the biggest suppliers I know of, and they don't mind if you order one or a thousand. You can also request a catalog either on cd or print (but the printed book is about 2000 pages) it's free.
