HI ,
I got the following message when I simulate a circuit :
Mosfet M_M2, model PMOS: Pd = 0 is less than W
Mosfet M_M2, model PMOS: Ps = 0 is less than W
Parameter XW in model PMOS is invalid - Ignored
Mosfet M_M1, model NMOS: Pd = 0 is less than W
Mosfet M_M1, model NMOS: Ps = 0 is less than W
Parameter XW in model NMOS is invalid - Ignored
So , what does it means?
