I'm using orcad 10 to rout a board my questions are

1- when moving routed components to re-place them in another part of the board the routes get shorted and needs to be rerouted , HOW TO MOVE ROUTED COMPONENTS WITOUT NEED TO REROUT

2- HOW TO ROUTE A BUS ( 16 BIT DATA BUS FOR EX ) AS A BUNDLE IN ORCAD?

As far as routing is concerned, I would suggest that you use CCT router, the interface with Orcad (Cadence) is very good. Now within CCT ver 10 if you have the fast option, you can define parameters and rules which may be taylored to your requirement. With edit route (Within CCT) you can lock traces and components, move them or whatever.. So the couple OrCad / CCT gives you the best of both world. Easy to use, and very powerfull. (Unlike Mentor!)
