orcad layout export gerber

Hi!

i would like to export my project to extended gerber.
In order to drill the layout by hand i would like to keep the drill holes open.
The option in Orcad works well, but:
when i open the exported files there are 4 layers which are only combined in the right shape (open drill holes)
The problem is: the photo plotter (or printer) can only plot one layer to the photo film.
So it´s imposible to keep the holes open in the copper layer.
I think it should be possibly to combine the 4 different layers into 1 layer.

If anybody know how to do this please let me know it.

Thanks in advance

Bye
