The objective is to minimize the error the signal in figure 2 and the signal that is evaluated from the initial values of the parameters in figure 1.

I am taking Nonlinear Programming Course.This my midterm project.I must do matlab implementation of this problem.But i can't formulate the problem.Please help me!!!!
