Friends
I have an interesting project to work on but am a sort of beginner in
MATLAB.

Project is " OPTICAL TRACKING OF A TARGET IN HORIZONTAL DIRECTION
USING A WEBCAM(mounted preferably on a stepper motor).

Target is a 1 inch diameter of black circle over the white
background.

Bottlenecks in the project::
Image Acquisition (thru webcam)
Image Analysis w.r.t. Target motion
Error Generation using Simulink(to be given as voltage
signal to stepper motor thru PC)
Real-Time operation of this function for tracking

Any alternatives to these proposed steps are invited.
KINDLY SEND IN YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS AND OBLIGE.

was wondering if you were able to finish this project and if you can send me the files
