why vcc shorted to gnd

Hi I mis-connected 4 GND pins of my 676-pin FPGA to VCC. Really bad!!! ... I only found the problem after BGA-package FPGA had been soldered :(. Is there anyway to drill away the Vias which connected the GND pins to VCC plane? ...
Is there any other solutions?
i'm crying out loud here ...
Have you got the same problem before?

I think comparing netlist is the solution of this problem.YOu can compare the PCB netlist to schematic netlist.if anything goes wrong it will be there.

If you can get to the vias, you can drill them out. All you need to do is remove all the copper from the hole, so you don't need to drill out much. I've done this sort of thing before with a small bit mounted in a hand mandrel. You will need to work slowly and carefully - if you use a carbide bit, you need to be patient or you'll snap off the bit as it catches in the copper.

Cool ... i did it .. it works ... thanks ... i used a 0.5mm carbide bit to drill away the via. i had to drill half the board from the bottom only to disconnected the via from the VCC plane.
