Device Modelling Technologist

The Role
As a key individual within the Advanced Technology Development Group, you will be instrumental in developing in house Device Models as the business moves forward with ground breaking technology. You will ultimately ensure that the models meet all requirements, manage model-design trade-offs and be a contributor to the model validation and QA. You will also work with design teams integrating models into the PDK/design flow as well as sitting within the PDK definition and validation team.
The Person
With a high standard of education you will have extensive industry experience in Device Modelling with an in depth knowledge of 130nm and below analog/RF CMOS technologies. Having kept abreast of industry trends in Device Modelling you will be familiar with model types and formulations and have a sound knowledge of test structures. With strong communication and presentation skills, you will be keen to make your mark within a highly talented R&D function.
