Opnet help??? How to sync database??

I am making a scenario in opnet,,I hav been asked to synchronize four databases with each other at 3am EST..Can anybody tell me how to do that>>>

Im using opnet 14.5..

what is opnet ? is it a database ?.. we can sync oracle databases using replication procedures
